About 6 weeks before your wedding, we will complete a wedding worksheet, have a consultation and then I will generate your own personalized timeline for your wedding day. But just in case you are wanting a jump start on a general outline, hopefully these can help!

 

Traditional Timeline…

12:00 PM - Cara takes detail photos

1:00 PM - Bride & bridal party candids

2:00 PM - Bride gets into dress

2:30 PM - Cara takes bride & bridal party portraits

3:15 PM - Groom/groomsmen portraits

3:45 PM - Freshen up and prep for ceremony / Photographers prep gear

4:00 PM - Ceremony start time

4:30 PM - Ceremony ends / Start family formals immediately after

4:45 PM - Full bridal party portraits

5:15 PM - Couple's portraits

6:00 PM - Bustle gown & prep of intros

6:15 PM - Introductions

6:20 PM - Dinner (photographers will not be photographing during this time)

7:00 PM - Toasts / Cake cutting

7:10 PM - First dance followed by mother/daughter and mother/son

7:15 PM Sunset photos (second shooter leaves)

8:00 PM - Open dance photos / Bouquet & Garter

9:00 PM - Photographer leaves

First Look Timeline…

12:00 PM - Photographer arrives for details & prep shots

2:00 PM - Bride gets into dress / bridal portraits

2:30 PM - First look followed immediately by couple's portraits

3:15 PM - Bridal party Photos

4:15 PM - Freshen up time / Photographer's gear check

4:30 PM - Ceremony start time

5:00 PM - Ceremony ends

5:10 PM - Family formals

5:30 PM - Dinner is served / Photographer will not be shooting during dinner
